SCALAR’s construction engineers and inspection staff have provided services to numerous agencies/entities including the Florida Department of Transportation, Central Florida Expressway Authority, United States Army Corp of Engineers, county governments, local municipalities, contractors, and developers. 

Our CEI staff offers more than 140 years of collective experience in construction engineering and inspection, which includes project management for roadway construction, bridge construction, bridge rehabilitation, Intelligent Transport System (ITS) and shoreline restoration.

 We believe a thorough plan review process is essential to mitigate potential conflicts, avoid claims and minimize project cost and time overruns.
