SCALAR’s Construction Engineering & Inspection services provides our clients with the flexibility to have the construction of their infrastructure projects managed for them. We provide overall construction administration and inspection of a project’s construction, while ensuring the highest level of quality is incorporated into every project. Feature CEI Project

City of Ft. Myers | Linhart, Magnolia, Holly Utility Rehabilitation | Lee County


Project includes replacement of water mains, sanitary sewer pipe, storm drainage, and swales along nine neighborhood streets along Linhart Avenue between Cortez Boulevard and US-41. This project is widening Linhart Ave. from 20 feet to

22 feet wide. McCann St. will be improved with an 18-foot paved road from Linhart Ave. to the existing end of the road.

The project also includes new sidewalk on side streets and will replace sidewalk disturbed during construction.

Finally, new driveway aprons and sod will be installed, and roads will be rebuilt and paved.
