Florida’s environment demands the services of a highly experienced environmental services department that can accurately assess and minimize project impacts and costs. Scalar's services include environmental assessments and analysis; habitat mapping and GIS analysis, Level 1 contamination assessments; wetland jurisdictional delineations; protected species surveys, permitting, and relocation; seagrass surveys; local, state and federal wetland and environmental resource permitting; permit compliance; mitigation planning and design; and ecological restoration. Our staff includes Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agents capable of surveys, permitting, and relocations, as well as Professional Wetland Scientists, and Certified Ecologists. Scalar uses current geographical information systems (GIS) and data acquisition global positioning system (GPS) tools which provide seamless integration with other project disciplines, thus optimizing our clients’ schedule and budget.

We routinely apply these services to project concept development, final design and permitting, and construction phases in both the public and private sectors.
